Nature's Sunshine Marshmallow 450mg 100c

Marshmallow has a high mucilage content giving it emollient and demulcent properties. Mucilage, when mixed with water, expands to many times its original volume. This can provide a soothing effect that may be of particular use in inflammatory conditions of the digestive system.

Indications For Use:

• Marshmallow may have soothing and demulcent properties due to its mucilage content.
• Traditionally used to help soothe irritating coughs.
• May help soothe the mucous membranes that line the urinary and digestive tracts.

Ingredient	Per cap
Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow) root powder dry	450 mg

No Added: Gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

Adults: Take 2 capsules with a meal three times daily.

Cautions:
Not recommended while pregnant or breast feeding.
Take two hours away from all prescription medications.
