Traumeel Cream - Adults and children 12 years and over: Rub into the affected area morning and night, or more frequently if acute trauma. May be used with mild compression bandaging. Avoid contact with eyes, mucosae, open wounds and broken skin.

Traumeel Tablets - Adults and children 12 years and over: One tablet 3 times daily. Children 6 to 11 years: 1 tablet 2 times day. Children 2 to 5 years half tablet: 3 times day. The tablet may be administered crushed between two spoons and mixed with a little water.
