Fusion Astra 8 contains astragalus, traditionally taken to enhance immune defences and to help decrease the frequency of common colds in Chinese medicine. Plus reishi mushroom, which improves immunity and relieves tiredness, based on traditional use in Chinese medicine.
Fusion Astra 8 features eight Chinese herbs, including:
- Astragalus, which is traditionally used to improve immune defences and help reduce the frequency of common colds in Chinese medicine, as well as to increase vitality and help the body cope with stress
- Astragalus is also used in Western herbal medicine, where its traditionally taken to stimulate healthy immune system responses and support the immune system in fighting illness
- Reishi mushroom, which is traditionally taken to enhance immunity and relieve tiredness and general feelings of weakness in Chinese medicine
- Siberian ginseng, schisandra, Chinese licorice, codonopsis, white atractylodes and ligustrum

Fusion Astra 8 features astragalus, a highly valued and important immune tonic in traditional Chinese medicine, where it’s used to improve the natural immune defences of the body, enhancing immunity.
In Western herbal medicine, astragalus is traditionally taken to stimulate the body’s immune system responses while at the same time supporting the immune system to fight illness.
Astragalus also decreases the occurrence of common colds, based on its traditional use in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
Reishi mushroom: traditionally used to enhance immunity in Chinese medicine
In Chinese medicine, reishi mushroom is also traditionally known for its ability to promote immune system health. In addition, reishi mushroom relieves fatigue and general feelings of weakness, according to use in traditional Chinese medicine.

In addition to its Qi-replenishing properties, astragalus is traditionally taken in TCM to increase vitality and help the body adapt to stress.

Recommended dosage:
- Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day or as professionally prescribed. Take 2 tablets two times a day to relieve fatigue, support defensive qi and strengthen lung qi, based on traditional use in Chinese medicine.
Recommended dosage:
Adults: Take 10mL two times a day, or as professionally prescribed. Dilute each dose in 50mL of water or juice and consume immediately.
