Turkey Tail mushroom is packed with antioxidants such as flavonoids and phenols which may help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress. The Organic Turkey Tail mushrooms are wildcrafted Di Tao sourced deep in the mountains of China, far from any cities or industrial pollution.
Unlike other products, this Turkey Tail extract undergoes a dual extraction (water and alcohol) process that uses only the Turkey Tail mushrooms fruiting bodies. This creates a Turkey Tail extract rich in immune boosting beta-glucans (water-soluble polysaccharide compounds) and the adaptogenic triterpenoids (alcohol-soluble compounds).
Directions for Use
30 servings per 50 g (1.8 oz)
We recommend starting with 1/4 - 1/2 tsp (1.6g) Turkey Tail extract per day. If you are sensitive to herbs or mushroom extracts, you may want to start with less. When your body feels ready, you can increase your dosage according to your daily needs. It's best to use Turkey Tail mushrooms products in the AM and PM.
For fast absorption, mix the mushroom extracts directly into coffee, hot tea or your favourite nut milk. Turkey Tail extract is also a delicious addition to your smoothies, hot chocolates, soup broths, raw desserts and baked goods. Teelixir Turkey Tail extract is not sensitive to heat.
