- Eyebright may assist watery catarrh, hay fever, chronic sneezing, inflamed nasal mucosa, tonsils and sore throat.
- Reputed to strengthen memory and improve brain circulation.
- May assist with infectious or allergic conditions affecting the middle ear or sinuses.
- All respiratory tract catarrhal conditions may respond to Eyebright.
- May assist poor visual acuity due to eye conditions including eyestrain, itching and stinging.
Directions for Use
1 teaspoon makes 1 cup of tea with boiled water. Steep for 5 minutes and strain. 3 cups per adult daily. Half dose for children under 12.
