St John's wort may help to relieve anxiety, nervous unrest, restlessness, irritability, and sleeplessness. Passionflower is included to support the sedative and relaxant properties of St John's wort.

Indications For Use:

• For the symptomatic relief of mild anxiety, irritability and nervous unrest.
• For the relief of sleeplessness.

Ingredient	Per 1 cap
Hypericum perforatum (St John's Wort) herb top flowering extract equiv. herb top flowering dry	300 mg 2.1 g
Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) herb powder dry	100 mg

Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.

Cautions:
Not recommended while pregnant or breast feeding.
