Indications

Source of manganese, from manganese (II) glycinate (a fully reacted amino acid chelate). Helps prevent dietary manganese deficiency. Manganese assists healthy bone development, connective tissue formation and glucose metabolism; supports collagen formation; and helps reduce free radical damage to body cells. Contains thiamine (Vitamin B1) which supports muscle function, heart health and nerve conduction. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if the dietary intake is inadequate.

Each tablet contains

• Manganese (as Manganese (II) glycinate) 15mg
• Thiamine nitrate 1.23mg
• Equiv. Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 1mg

Dosage

1 capsule once daily, or as directed by your health care professional.
