Nigella sativa (Nigella/Black Cumin) seed oil fixed

Directions for Use

Adults: 2.5ml (½ teaspoon) twice a day after food. Can be mixed with a hot or cold drink.
Children 3-12 years: half adult dose (1.25ml) twice a day.
