Ancestral Nutrition Primal Iron 90 Capsules

Ancestral Nutrition Primal Iron is 100% grass-fed Australian beef spleen, freeze-dried and encapsulated with nothing else added. Spleen is the richest natural food source of heme iron, the form found in red meat that the body absorbs far more readily than the non-heme iron in plant foods and fortified cereals. A single three-capsule serve delivers around 11.5 mg of naturally occurring iron plus vitamin B12, selenium and other nutrients found in the whole organ.

Why customers choose it

• Food-based heme iron, the highly bioavailable form found in red meat and organ meats.
• Iron and B12 contribute to energy levels, normal red blood cell formation and immune function, and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
• Nothing but spleen: no fillers, binders, flow agents or synthetic preservatives.
• Australian beef, 100% grass fed and freeze-dried to preserve nutrients.
• 90 capsules (30 serves).

Directions

Adults: take 3 capsules daily, preferably in the morning with or after your first meal. Capsules can also be opened and stirred through a smoothie or sprinkled on food.
